At the Y, strengthening community is our cause. Every day, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.
The East Side/Mt. Hope YMCA serves the community between Blackstone Boulevard, North Main Street, Wickenden Street and the Pawtucket line in Rhode Island. Established in 1947, it offers a variety of programs and facilities for individuals of all ages. The organization provides various health and wellness programs that include yoga, martial arts, personal training and post rehabilitation maintenance. The East Side/Mt. Hope YMCA administers classes in body sculpting, core conditioning, Pilates, belly dancing, kickboxing and indoor cycling. It offers a range of swim classes and fitness programs for teenagers.
